Somit verbeiben nun noch ca. 18 Monate, um den Umstieg vorzubereiten. Dabei sind die Herausforderungen groß: speedy alle Bereiche der Einrichtungen - von der IT, über die Bereiche der Leistungserbringung bis hin zur Abrechnung und zum Controlling - sind betroffen. Dabei gilt es, nicht nur die erbrachten Leistungen vollständig und korrekt abzurechnen, sondern diese auch unter Berücksichtigung der künftigen Entgeltpauschalen wirtschaftlich im Sinne der Effizienz zu erbringen. Die Dynamik des Marktes wird dadurch erheblich steigen, da alle Einrichtungen um wirtschaftliche Leistungsfähigkeit bemüht sind und gleichzeitig die Versorgungsqualität weiter - teilweise sogar vermehrt - im Fokus stehen muss.
