Booking Procedure:
Half payment is required to confirm the booking of rooms. (Example: no. of rooms * per room rent * number of days. Ex. 2 * 1300 * 7 = 18200 — seven days booking of 2 rooms) OR half the payment of the travel package chosen by customer.
Pending Payment will be deposited by Customer on arrival to Katoch Homestay.
Cancellation Norms:
  • 25% amount of half payment will be deducted, if cancellation is 2 week before the actual booking date.
  • 50% amount of half payment will be deducted, if cancellation is 1 week before the actual booking date.
  • 75% amount of half payment will be deducted otherwise.
  • 100% of half payment will be deducted, if cancellation is on the date of actual booking.
Once the money is deposited in the bank account mentioned below. We will confirmation your booking through email/phone call.
Once the booking is confirmed and customer arrives at Katoch Homestay, the full amount of booking will be charged, even in case customer needs to leave early before there departure date.
